1. please place coconut meat pouch to defrost in the refrigerator. Once the coconut meat is completely defrosted in the refrigerator, unopened, the coconut meat may lasts up to 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
2. For faster defrost, place the frozen coconut meat pouch into a cold water bath. When it is defrosted, please consume right away or place it back into the fridge while the coconut meat pouch is still cold to touch.
3. To extend the shelf life of the coconut meat, please handle it with a clean kitchen utensil or gloves, take out the desire amount, put the rest in a tight resealable bag, and place it back into the refrigerator. For the purpose of shelf life, when handling the coconut meat, please don't use your hands. We recommend that when the products are defrosted, consume as soon as possible.
